Shipping Information

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.

Most of our Items are Drop-Shipped from the manufacturer. If you order a heavy item like a bed, electric wheelchair, scoorer, or comparable equipment, Items are shipped to your door. You may need assistance unpacking, setup, and moving the item into your home.

We DO NOT accept orders nor do we ship outside the United States.

Return Policy

Our business is to make you as satisfied as possible with your online purchasing experience.  Mistakes happen.  If we make a mistake with your order, we will do everything in our power to correct the situation.  If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip or call us at (888) 350-1616 for details.

All returns/exchanges must be within 14 days of delivery and the product must be in an unused condition.

There are no returns or exchanges with items purchased from Consignment or Want Add pages.
